F.   Jurisdictional Issues.  Apart from where arbitration is necessary previously mentioned or with regard to the enforcement of any arbitration selection or award, any motion or proceeding referring to any Dispute or Excluded Dispute arising hereunder may possibly only be instituted in state or Federal court in Cook County, Illinois.Why is it
